Interconnecting control wires, Room Thermostat, Mechanical Time Clock, and Defrost Kits
No. System Refrigerant will need to be selected but the the controller comes pre-programmed from the factory with default settings for typical Air or Electric Defrost applications. More advanced settings can be accessed through the remote dashboard.
No. The ESP+ controller comes complete with an on-board display mounted on the outside of the unit.
Bonding allows multiple controllers to synchronize refrigeration and/or defrost. It is required on systems with multiple evaporators on one condensing unit with no unloading capability. Bonding can be done easily through the controller webpages, but can also be done from the ESP+ Basic Display. Bonding is limited to two controllers through the ESP+ Basic Display. *firmware must be same on all boards
No, the controller can be connected to through standard WAN or LAN network connections.
No, The Same ESP+ control is used on our Medium temp (35° Coolers) and Low Temp (-10° Freezers) evaporators.
The ESP+ Evap OEM controller includes a webpage interface built-into the hardware, no internet access is necessary to access the controller’s webpage when on-site or in the local network. When the controller is provided access to the Internet, KE2 SmartAccess allows unprecedented real-time access to the controller via patented communication techniques, detailed data logs, graphs, alerts, and much more.
Yes, if the control is connected to an internet connection, it can be programmed to send an e-mail or text for any alarm condition.
